Communication was easy and seamless from start to finish, which made everything stress free. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach, making it simple to enjoy the water whenever we wanted. The pool and lazy river were a huge hit with the kids and kept them entertained the entire time. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

We have been coming to Waterscape for many, many years. This is the first time I was less than impressed with our room. The overall property is great, but there were several issues with the room. First night we arrived, all of the smoke detectors went off. It took an hour+ to go through the automated system to finally get someone on the line. It was fixed while we went to dinner so I appreciated that. The next day, I washed clothes but the dryer had such a squealing noise that I was afraid it would burn up so I ended up air drying our clothes outside. The door to the shower did not properly close, so we had to use extra towels to keep water from getting all over the floor. Those things really didn't bother me though as I understand stuff like that can happen.
What did bother me was the roaches. I did not see any the first night and just a couple the second day, so I didn't call the property manager hoping that was all it was, but the third morning I woke up much earlier and they were all over the kitchen. I killed 7! That was very disappointing for somewhere we have always loved to go.
