We had a wonderful stay overall at this condo. The location was fantastic, the resort amenities were great, and the unit was clean upon arrival. Our family had a great trip, and Waterscape continues to be one of our favorite places to visit in Fort Walton Beach.That said, there were a few maintenance issues that should be addressed, especially considering the nightly rate of this unit compared to others in the area. The main living area has carpet, which can be difficult to keep looking clean and fresh in a beach condo. One of the stove burners was not functioning properly, and another burner had coils that were not level, making cooking challenging. We also noticed signs of water damage around the baseboards in both the half bath and the second bedroom bathroom that appear to need attention.None of these issues ruined our vacation, and we still had a great experience overall. However, a few updates and repairs would go a long way in bringing the condo up to the standard guests expect for the price point. We appreciate our stay and hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future visitors.

We love waterscape! The view was good. This condo was very clean. The living room furniture was new. The beds were very comfortable. We did not really cook much but it looked to have all you need. I would highly suggest they update the outdoor furniture! It's has seen it's time. Overall nice place!

The location can’t be beat so that would get a 5. The resort was awesome and it is right on the beach. It’s right by the elevator that goes down right by the pool so that was awesome! The unit itself was dated and needed some maintenance. The carpet looks bad. The outdoor furniture was a little rough looking. The view was awesome so I could get past the furniture.The faucet in the kitchen needs replaced because you had to turn it off weird. It was very spacious and could fit a good many people. There weren’t enough pillows and they were very flat. The living room tv was very small. The living room furniture was not comfortable at all. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again or at least at the resort.

Great condo! Stove and kitchen accessories need to be updated!
