Everything in the house was clean and updated and the location is absolutely fantastic. You are directly on the beach and within walking distance of at least two restaurants, as well. Lovely property and would definitely stay here again!

we were looking for a quick get away beach front house and this is exactly what this house was ! super close to all the attractions of st augustine. location was great. this house is not a fancy modern house it’s more of a beach vintage style type perfect for any age. the best part for us was it was located on the beach and the deck was awesome plenty of room to hang out and eat lunch or just layout and soak up the sun. if you want a beachfront house close to town this is the house! we will definitely be back in the future.

We had a wonderful week staying at Cathy's place in Velano Beach. Right on the beach, two doors down from a great restaurant. The bay window in the amazing great room was also a fantastic plus for those hot mornings before the breeze picked up on the beach. We could enjoy our coffee and the view without having to be in the sweltering August heat. This house has 3 bedrooms, but it was just four adults. We kept the door to the primary closed off from the hallway to the other bedrooms and basically had a suite for one couple and the primary for the other. Never felt on top of each other. It was also perfect for our two small dogs. There is a small, public beach access nearby, but with only houses around and little public parking, it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Cathy was super responsive whenever I reached out with a question. We'll definitely be visiting here again in the future!

All you need is your bathing suit, beach umbrella and chair and you are all set for a great vacation. Bring your dogs and they could enjoy the beach with you.
