Rest, Reimagined
The second floor is devoted to rest and retreat. A king bedroom and a queen bedroom share a beautifully designed Juliette-style full bathroom, highlighted by an artistic shower wall that adds character and a subtle sense of artistry to the space.
Just across the hallway, a third queen bedroom enjoys its own private full bathroom with a sleek walk-in shower, offering added privacy and independence.
On the main floor, the lounge bedroom is intentionally separate from the primary living spaces. A modern leather sofa converts seamlessly into a queen bed, creating a flexible sleeping option paired with its own full bathroom featuring a contemporary walk-in shower. An additional half bath on this level adds everyday convenience.
The residence sleeps 8 guests comfortably, with accommodations for up to 10 when needed.

We visited DC with my 80 dad who had some mobility issues but this house was perfect. One of the only houses I found with a main (street) level bedroom for him. The host was beyond helpful with tips for getting around the city and places to park. We definitely got the full DC experience.
