Wake above the Upper Iowa River Valley and watch morning light move across the hills.

This scenic country retreat sits just minutes from Decorah yet feels worlds away. Wide valley views, visiting wildlife, in-floor radiant heat in winter, and central air in summer provide steady comfort year-round in a setting designed for slowing down.

Whether you're gathering with family, visiting Luther College, hiking the trails, or simply craving quiet, this 3-bedroom home offers space, privacy, and true Iowa landscape beauty.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and large windows that frame the surrounding valley. The patio is perfect for sunrise coffee or relaxed evenings as the sun sets over the hills.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome (up to two). This is a place for muddy boots, wagging tails, and long days outdoors.
