La Reitanina

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, warm shower. A/C functioned well. Flexible check-in and good communication with the delightful owners throughout. Walking distance from the city center, and safe parking options within walking distance as well.

Location close to the heart of the city on a quiet street was excellent. But it was very hard to find, even for the taxi driver. The biggest problem was that we received key information on how to enter the apartment just the day we arrived - but it was only in Italian. Neither my friend or I can speak Italian and did not have Wifi to try and use Google Translate, (which neither of us had ever used before). The only way we could get in was to telephone the owner. Like ourselves she could only speak her own native language, but happily she was able to remotely open the door. The whole thing was pretty anxiety-ridden affair for a late night arrival.

All communications from the landlady should have been sent in the language of the people booking, by using Google Translate ... instead of relying on clients to know how to access all these technological tools.
