The decor throughout the hotel was beautiful and luxurious. The pastries at breakfast were delicious. The porter was lovely and friendly.
1.There was no fan in the bathroom so mirrors steamed up when showering. 2.There was no toilet brush. 3. Breakfast had no grapefruit and no berries /nuts/seeds/ greek yoghurt and coffee from a machine does not seem appropriate in a 5 star hotel 4. Some bar staff seemed untrained - asked for a Jameson and Baileys and got a blank look, they then came back with a notepad so we could say it again and spell it for them to write it down - hardly an unusual order in an Irish hotel! 5. The music in the bar was not really appropriate for the clientele profile - it was dance music in style (heavy beat) - there was no one under 50 in the bar on either night we were there.

Beautiful decor
Staff were friendly and lovely but service not there in time at breakfast. Short staffed perhaps?
