The young man working at the receptionist's desk was such a gentleman. His recommendation about restaurants in the area were much appreciated. The room was clean although I questioned the welcoming message addressing "Rita". I didn't think anything of it other than they had yet to update.
After presenting my driver's license at check in, the young man mentioned he didn't see my name and I then showed him the confirmation # from the email. He then stated there were multiple reservations in my name but apparently the issue was evolved (so I thought). Upon checkout, I asked if a receipt was forwarded to my email and the checkout hostess mentioned it would be. I didn't confirm my email because I didn't think it was necessary. Upon my return home, I looked for my emailed receipt only to learn I was never properly checked in....but I did pay:)

funny enough, I loved the landscaping around the property. The hotel itself is new and clean.
