Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful
Closer hotel parking would be great, but would be difficult to see how.

The hotel has an excellent location right in the very center of the city, which is definitely its strongest point. Also the rooftop is impeccable for a relaxing coffee. The room was clean and somewhat refreshed, and the bathrooms appear to have been recently renovated. However, most of the hotel's facilities and common areas feel quite old and only partially refurbished
What surprised me the most was the old-fashioned attitude especially the general manager. For example, there wasn't even a complimentary bottle of water in the room. When I mentioned this, the response from the general manager was simply, "We don't have time," which I found both unprofessional and disappointing.Overall, the hotel is acceptable because of its prime location and renovated bathrooms, but the service mentality feels outdated and does not match modern hospitality standards. Breakfast is also slightly bearable
