The location was right where I wanted to be. 1/2 mile from Flora-Bama and 1 mile from Cobalt. They have the best elevator system I have ever seen, very fast, very smooth. Just a short walk to beach by their boardwalk, large outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs, covered, assigned parking. In all it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun and gulf.
Condo needs an upgrade, furnishings were nice, I especially liked the two recliners, but bathroom counters tops and fixtures were outdated.(too short and aging). Floors were showing their age( gaps between planks, lose thresholds between rooms), door frames including entrance were damaged and needed replacing. Just an overall remodel is in order.
