Communication was easy and staff were very helpful upon check in. I was also able to organise airport transfers through them, the cars were clean and comfortable. Drivers were prompt and early so there was no concern about being late to the airport. I would stay here again if I'm ever in Shanghai in the future

We were met on arrival and taken to our apartment. We liked the staff. We also liked the hanging clothes system for drying.
The bed was too hard for me, but they assisted with extra layering of doonas. The reason I rated lower on noise was because there was a construction site opposite us.
