The location was 10/10
Outdoor jacuzzi was a 10/10
The mountain hike was nice
The fact that they give 2 towels for the entire weekend.
Wasn't crazy about the wood burner boiler, it takes ages to heat up the water.

The staff was really friendly. The one guy made sure that there was hot water by the time the sun rises. Got stuck on the gravel road as the road condition is bad but they came through to assist.
The gravel road is a bit too much. Requires a bakkie.

They offered to give us charcoal, didn’t mention anything about paying for the charcoal, they only mentioned it when we were leaving. Luckily we had our own charcoal to reimburse theirs.
Also the water pressure was extremely slow .
