Getting the key was straight forward, although I had concerns about security of keys as the reception person had to jumble through a box of keys to find my room key.
Security of keys as they seemed to be in a box under the counter.

Friendliness of the staff. They have comfortable beds.
Very clean and spacious. Location is absolutely perfect It was cold but the bed have an electric blanket. -We loved our stay here and would happily come back.
The heater does not warm the room, and the corridor is very cold because the passage is not closed.
