The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment has laundry, a large kitchen with dining, and an outdoor balcony to relax. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe suburb, just a 10-minute tram ride from the city center. There are several supermarkets and restaurants near the tram station. The tram gives a joyride through scenic places in Calgary and lots of nature.

A safe neighborhood. Exceptional clear instructions was provided prior to check-in, made the process super easy

This location provides the basics -- a room in a house with several rooms to rent. My room was beside the kitchen. The kitchen is open to all renters. Everything is kept spotlessly clean. The owner does all the dishes to make sure they are clean. There is a refrigerator for long term renters and another for short term renters. Everything in the house is carefully labelled. The owner is friendly and helpful. It had everything I needed for an overnight.
I would have liked a little more information in advance about what was available at this facility.
