Le wifi impossible de s’y connecter , la climatisation est catastrophique salle donnant des mots de gorges enfin ce n’est pas la reception qui géré l’appartement mais un autre organisme … pas de menage et pas de produits d’eau a l’arrive … pas de serviette pour la piscine enfin bref bcp a revoir car l’appartement devrait être beaucoup mieux entretenu quand on en vois la qualité . Bien dommage prochaine fois je prendrais les chambre normale pas les appartement géré par une societe tiers …

I decided to throw the dice and book this place. What was amazing was the room and the space. And for sure the location to the all local attractions. I liked the room and the decor inside the space. I loved the automatic scent sprayer, whatever is in that sprayer smelled so good.

Don't get me wrong, this was a comfortable stay. But I have some feedback... First - my impression of this booking was I thought this was a "hotel". It is not, it's like an air-bnb booking. You need to get all your check in information from the host so either get the host WhatsApp before you arrive because your not going to have a great time trying to use the booking.com messenger. I did not receive any check in information from the host until I messaged when I arrived. There was a bit of struggle to check in because I thought the people at the front counter check you in, they don't. I messaged the host and you get a door access code. There was some typos on the door access code and that didn't work, but I finally got in. My feedback is, send an email to the people checking in PRIOR to their arrival time of what is suppose to happen, explain to them the process of checking in and send the door code to the door before they arrive. Basically improve communication. Second - the building that this booking is located in seems like something from 1980. The building needs alot of help, musty smell from all the water leaking from the roof, the hall-way is dark. The room is on the 12th floor so the elevator is very, VERY slow to reach it and creepy a bit, like you are in a haunted castle. Once you arrive to the room, however, the ROOM is awesome. It's just the building that the room is located in, is a bit run down I think. I think it was certainly a "man-cave" back in the day but the building needs some improving which is not the host fault. Third - the wifi was working for about 20 minutes when I arrived, then is stopped working. I messaged the host to see if anything could be done. The rest of my stay, I did not have any wifi.
