"standard eccellente, pulito e comodo non mi è piaciuto che togliendo la corrente elettrica non si riesca a far funzionare tutto come previsto...ma so che non dipende dalla proprietà."

Good location from the airport when my flight was cancelled. Everything you needed, easy to check in when booked last minute Clean

Didn’t realise the bed was a pull out sofa, although seemed to be a mattress, still sunk in the middle A delivery occurred in building next door at midnight and then an alarm went off at 8am. Whilst not something they can help, worth noting. Check out states 11 on their visitor portal. Had someone knocking on my door at 10:15, booking.com when I later looked said they 10, so this needs to be corrected and consistent

nothing, all was great

Booking was fairly simple and they accommodated a last minute request which was greatly appreciated. Comfortable apartment and good amenities.

Difficult to speak with, there are 3 methods of contact but Booking.com messages seem to be the only way to speak. Link for the check in was glitchy and because of that I was charged twice for the booking. I have been trying to contact them to discuss returning the duplicate charge but no clear contact info.
