I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, with air conditioning, and the breakfast was very nice. The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.A special mention to Rita at the reception and the manager, who were both helpful, friendly, and full of useful information. I will definitely come back when I’m in Kasese again. Highly recommended!
No wifi, but i believe it is a temporary issue.

O alojamento tem una boa localização, perto do terminal de autocarros da Bus Link (3 minutos a pé) perto do centro da cidade e de um mercado de rua bem como de supermercados. Fiquei por uma noite. O quarto é limpo e dispunha de casa de banho com chuveiro e agua quente. O ar condicionado também ajudou na hora fe dormir. Os funcionários mostraram bom profissionalismo e simpatia na hora dr receber e servir o pequeno almoço. Recomendo

Nice large bed with good mosquito net on a frame, desk and chair and closet and night stand, both big and small towels, water by toilet, bottled water provided, hot water available from a separate shower, organized excellent tours to hot springs and old mine area (Gideon) and to Queen Elizabeth National Park (wildlife drive) and boat tour on Kazinga Channel (Johnson)
No balcony as indicated in the reservation, only a small room with a window to a VERY wide hallway (why not have made the rooms larger and the hall narrower?), no fan and A/C went off during the night (why not an outside window on that wall?), no night light or bed light, no light over mirror, TV is hidden behind mosquito nets, wanted to charge more than booked price,
