Convenient location for the arena and Tesco supermarket (walking distance). Free secure parking on site. Apartment appears newly renovated. Comfortable beds. Polite and friendly concierge manager who assisted my eldest daughter regain access when she left the key in the penthouse after arriving first.

The cleaning standard requires upgrade. Perhaps the kitchen clean was missed before our arrival. No hand soap provided in the bathrooms or kitchen. Only one TV in the living room. Was expecting the bedrooms to have them. Poor internet connection (WiFi booster would help). No microwave. For family of 5, having just one key access was difficult. Only 1 out of the 3 lifts was working, which meant a queue to go up at busy times. On site parking not strictly reserved. Came back from a trip and no spaces left until 2 hours later. However, the concierge manager was super helpful and had agreed to let me park at the front of the building.

Super Lage, alles sehr sauber, tolle Aussicht

It was very clean and quiet

Nothing

Very modern, downstairs bedrooms are excellent. Great views and location.

Lockbox 10 minute walk away, very inconvenient. Floor dirty when we landed. Fuse tripped a few times when we were staying. Door was difficult to lock and required buildings staff to inspect and sort it out. We were trying to watch athletics on the TV but the internet was poor and caused constant buffering.
