Apartament był bardzo dobrym wyborem na kilkudniowy pobyt w Rzymie. Mieszkanie było przestronne, czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Dużym plusem był układ pomieszczeń – osobne sypialnie, salon z aneksem kuchennym, łazienka oraz balkon, dzięki czemu trzy osoby mogły mieszkać naprawdę komfortowo. Ogromnym plusem są właściciele. Od samego początku kontakt był świetny, a organizacja pobytu naprawdę nas zaskoczyła. Wszystko zostało nam dokładnie wytłumaczone – od zameldowania, przez kwestie związane z apartamentem, aż po praktyczne informacje potrzebne podczas pobytu. Nie musiałyśmy się niczego domyślać ani dopytywać. Właściciele byli bardzo mili, pomocni i zaangażowani, a jednocześnie wszystko przebiegało sprawnie i bezproblemowo. Naprawdę czułyśmy, że zależy im na tym, żeby goście czuli się komfortowo. Lokalizacja nie znajduje się w ścisłym centrum Rzymu, ale okolica jest spokojna, typowo mieszkalna i dobrze skomunikowana z pozostałą częścią miasta. W pobliżu znajdują się restauracje, kawiarnie, lodziarnia i inne potrzebne miejsca, a do centrum można bez problemu dostać się komunikacją miejską. Dla nas była to bardzo dobra baza zarówno do zwiedzania Rzymu, jak i dalszych wyjazdów

Wunderbar eingerichtet. Es gab sogar ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen. Die Lage toop, alles von Relevanz innerhalb Roms mit dem Bus leicht erreichbar. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Und andere Haltestellen sind in fünf Minuten erreichbar. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Dazu einige wirklich gute Restaurants in Laufnähe ( das indische ist nur zu empfehlen). Dazu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls um die Ecke. Gute Luft, weil oben auf dem Hügel und in der Nähe zum Park Villa Pamphyli ( größter Park Roms)

D einzige Nachteil war, dass die Wohnung an einer gut befahrenen Straße liegt und direkt über einem Eiscafe und einer Bar. Die Fenster und Rolläden schließen allerdings gut. Und die Locations. schließen auch un 23Uhr. Nur wer geräuschempfindlich ist und offene Fenster braucht, sollte Ohrstöpsel mitbringen

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts, Paul and Luisa, greeted us warmly and took the time to give us great recommendations for the local café, the pizza takeout next door, and the ice cream parlor on the other side. They even left us a lovely welcome gift of a bottle of prosecco, olive oil, coffee pods, and filter coffee. The location is highly convenient—there is a bus stop right outside that connects seamlessly (with just a little walking) to the 98 bus, which takes you directly to St. Peter's Square. The apartment itself is incredibly homely and modern throughout. My mother and I spent two weeks here and found the kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook, plus a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. It also features effective air conditioning (both hot and cold air) and a modern TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. Thank you, Paul and Luisa, for your constant support throughout our two-week stay. You helped make our dream trip to Rome come true!

We loved everything! A larger pan with lids and small bedside rugs would be nice additions. The double bed is incredibly spacious—much larger than a standard UK double, more like a generous king size—though it was just a bit too firm for my elderly mother's joints. My own bed was perfect. The shower is a standard European compact size, which is worth noting for larger guests. For future guests: the walk to the main bus has a slight incline, but my mother did it easily. Alternatively, you can take the local bus right outside for one stop to bypass the incline, leaving just a two-minute walk to the 98 bus straight into St. Peter's!

What I really liked about the apartment was how comfortable and homely it felt. It was very clean and well kept, which made it easy to relax right away. The smart TV with Netflix was a nice bonus for evenings in, and the large terrace was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying some quiet time.

I liked everything
