Lovely, comfortable apartment with modern facilities. Tasteful, period decoration and furnishings by Mariarita, our artistic host. Really friendly and welcoming, extremely helpful. The apartment is easy to get to and provided ready access to Cremona town being only about a ten minute stroll into the centre. Cremona is beautiful with lots of good restaurants and bars etc.

On-street parking is in high demand but we managed, just be aware that you might have to park a few minutes walk away. We could have done with a chest of drawers to unpack clothes into but it's not really a "didn't like" as the apartment has loads of space for suitcases etc.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr großzügige und unheimlich charmant renovierte Unterkunft, die tatsächlich 1900 erbaut und von der Gastgeberin Mariarita selbst restauriert wurde. Liebhaber von Kunst können sich an sehr schönen Einzelstücken wie dem Schlafzimmerschrank oder den Deckenmalereien erfreuen, aber auch die liebevoll begrünte Terrasse ist ein echtes Highlight. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr modern und die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, sodass wir uns auch an einigen Abenden selbst versorgen konnten. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Dom und kommt auf dem Weg auch schon an einigen Cafés und (für Cremona typischen) Geigenbau-Werkstätten vorbei.

What can I say! My best buddy and I arrived at this absolutely beautiful one bed apartment in Cremona and were literally BLOWN AWAY by it! Its simply stunning, LUXURY! Great air con..and the best part of all..the WONDERFUL AND GORGEOUS host Mariaretta who lives next door and is on hand with the kindest hospitality around the clock. She even organised a party with her friends when she found out I was a musician..and let me tell you..we blew the doors off the joint! Holiday of a lifetime. Thanks Marietta!! Christine and me will be back!

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, Besichtigungen oder Bars und Trattorien/Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Gebäude von 1900 ist liebevoll restauriert und sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Alle nötigen Dinge sind vorhanden. Es gibt eine sehr schöne Terrasse, auf der man frühstücken kann, bzw. am Abend den Tag bei einem Wein ausklingen lassen kann. Fahrräder können sicher untergestellt und bei Bedarf auch geladen werden.
