L emplacement, proximité du centre, plage et bus
Le manque d isolation phonique des fenêtres, pub en dessous pas pu dormir avant 4h30 le matin... Discussion et cris... 2 nuit sur les 3. Bruit livraison bouteilles au pub 5h le matin. Passage des véhicules boulevard de la plage. Vraiment très bruyant. Aucune réponse aux messages..

We had a wonderful stay at this flat. The location is incredibly central, and you can literally see the ocean from every window, which was such a lovely bonus. The flat itself was very pleasant, comfortable, and exceptionally clean.
The host was fantastic — very responsive, attentive, and always checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. They also gave us lots of great recommendations for places to visit and things to do around Brighton, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a really lovely experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay! The flat was in a fantastic central location with great amenities and was exceptionally clean. It’s literally a 1-minute walk to the beach, and the ocean views were absolutely breathtaking.
The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was perfect, and it was worth every penny we paid. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Spacious bright handy to everywhere
The blinds were wonky & broken problem with light in bedroom by front room set fire alarm off in building fire brigade had to come. It was very noisy lots of outside disturbances throughout the 2 nights couldn’t have a window open
