Central location, close to city center. Parking (paid) available right in front of the building

Old and partially non functional amenities. The AC did not work properly (it is old and cannot cool the rooms at all - only one AC for the entire apartment). It was very hot. We couldn't open the windows, as there are no mosquito nets. Despite the fact that we didn't open the windows, there were already mosquitos in the apartment, which created a big discomfort. The shower is very old and decrepit, water barely runs through due to the limestone accumulated in the orifices of the shower head. The shower cabin is dirty. We have found ants in the rooms and cockroaches in the bathroom. The walls need a fresh pain, as there are full of marks and dead/squashed mosquitos
