The inclusion of a taxi from the airport was a very welcome extra. Thank you. The flat itself was fairly basic but contains all the essentials for a stay exploring Lisbon and was quite suitable for a long weekend for my niece and me. The metro is about 2 minutes walk and it doesn't take very long to get into the centre. It's one connection ti the airport and took me 45 minutes door-to-door. You can also get an uber or bolt very easily. It was a quiet, residential, suburban (probably workuning-class - but not poor) area and I felt perfectly safe in an unfamiliar area on my own both in the day-time and at night.

It is not fair to say I didn't like this but the fact that it is a compact basement flat was a little bit of a culture-shock initially.
