I booked the property for 3636 as mentioned in the site but soon after the check in the owner asked me to pay another 500 and I was forced to pay the amount.later by night one of the cot provided in the room broke and the guests were not able to sleep also.Still they managed to stay there as I've booked 2 rooms.Next day before checking out the owner asked the caretaker to lock my guest vehicles without even contacting me and demanded me a deposit of 15000 rupees for the damage for the cot.And then i managed to talk to the owner and had to get my guests released. They faced a very bad and unacceptable experience as they came from trissur all they way and has to go through all these.I can upload the image of the cot and see for yourself the quality of the cot provided in such a premium villa. The material itself is of low quality multiwood and asking me 15000 for that thing itself is a case of scam.Infact I'm still in shock and afraid to book any further rooms from this app.
