Well equipped property and beautifully decorated. Absolutely immaculate. So handy for exploring Christchurch and Mudeford. Beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were great, with good showers. Lounge also very comfortable for relaxing. Kitchen well equipped too.

We never received a code for the key box, and the owner didn't meet us there at the agreed check in time, but we called him and soon got the key box code. We also had to request the WiFi code. A folder with this and a few local amenities might be handy for future visitors. Also we couldn't find a switch for the hallway light, so we had to leave it on all weekend. We knew parking would be an issue for the whole weekend, but we managed to find secure and a well-priced place 10-12 minutes walk away and there are plenty of short stay car parks right near the property for unloading and packing up to go home. These are just minor suggestions and none of this impaired our weekend anyway.

The central location was ideal. The apartment was exceptionally clean and very tastefully decorated and furnished. The beds were very comfortable.

There was nowhere to plug in the hairdryer within view of a mirror.

The penthouse was very central, with big windows and excellent showers

The window in the bathroom with the bath wouldn't open and the window in the back bedroom was jammed open. I had to contact the landlord to free it up. I also had to contact him for the wifi password. A notice with that informatikn Should be left on the dining table.
