The very spacious appartment is on two floors: ground floor the living room with terrace and kitchen, bed room one floor below with naturaly cooler temperature. A washing machine and a capsule-coffee machine are available. The furnishings are very refined.

Location was great, town and restaurants 5 mins down the road. Very comfy beds and generally well equipped.

Emerald suite is lovely, very modern, clean and the best mattress & pillows we’ve ever had in Greece ! 😉 Yes, the bedroom & bathroom are in the basement but wasn’t a problem to us at all. In fact we slept very well as it’s quite dark. There is a small window for air but no view from it. No musty smell at all which some have said on here. Very good air con ! Such a peaceful & quiet location to say you’re only a few minutes walk from a bakery, tavernas, supermarkets and the lovely harbour of Vathy. We had the pool to ourselves for most of the two weeks of our stay. We had a car so went to most beaches which are all no more than a 15/20 drive away. Ammoglossa and Limonari were our favourites. The management were very quick to respond and very accommodating when we asked if possible for a slightly later checkout as we had an evening flight. Would definitely return !

Location is great with dedicated parking spot. The property is very well furnished for a couple with some space to invite people for drinks and socialising.

The dedicated bedroom means the bed is in THE BASEMENT. There is also washing machine in closed space that smells. Surely the property listing MUST mention such things before booking. I cant sleep in closed spaces with smell. Aircon is facing the bed. The check-in instructions are misleading. The map pin sent via WhatsApp was completely off. Agents managing property were not helpful and trying to explain how amazing it is to have bed in the basement and my child 5yo child in the living room.
