Nieves was wonderful. went out of her way to meet us at the apartment even with a long delay due to flooding on the train tracks. We love everything about our stay in Valencia

Owner very accommodating to our needs. Top floor without lift. Could use some updating. Fantastic location!

The apartment is in an ideal location, with many sights within walking distance and has good transport connections to the beach and other places out of town. Plenty of nearby restaurants and tapas bars, and shady green spaces. It is spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. There are great views from the window. It is up three flights of stairs (no lift), which is a consideration for anybody with limited mobility. The proprietors are very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and if we returned to Valencia, would certainly consider renting it again.

We had a lovely time in Valencia. The flat was exactly as in the pictures and it was very clean. Nieves is great and made us feel very welcoming. The flat is fully equipped, even with toys for the kids. I will fully recommend it to anyone and I will definitively stay again in this flat.
