Very self-contained. Eclectic furnishings and wallpaper in most rooms intermixed with interesting small artifacts.
No issues.

The location is excellent.
A lovely front verandah to relax on.
A nice quiet street and outlook.
Close to the water and little Jetty.
The owner do have kayaks to use but too chilly for us this visit.
Close to the local grocery bakery etc and of course the pub and bottle shop if needed.
The main thing was the heating, which the owner did go sand buy extra one's and also purchased a coffee table.
The Green Retro chairs would look really good if re covered.
Love the green retro lamp in the lounge room.
A lovely host / owner, thank you..
