Excellent location for travel to Zaandam, well connected to the airport and to Amsterdam. The neighbourhood is very charming. The host is very friendly and available, easy to reach for questions and helpful.
As a non-smoker, I found the smell of cannabis lingering in the house a bit unpleasant. The cleanliness was okay but as to be expected with a shared bathroom, not always perfect.

Gastheer Kenneth is een topper: super aardig en geïnteresseerd; er zijn allerlei kleine voorzieningen die een verblijf aangenaam kunnen maken! Nette en Schone kamer, klein dakterras waar evt. gerookt mag worden, op Uitstekende rustige Locatie bij het Czaar Peterhuis en op 5 min lopen van de hoofd winkelstraat in het Centrum, Parkeren voor de deur tegen gereduceerd tarief.
Guesthouse viel mij persoonlijk niet tegen maar is voor iemand die slecht ter been is waarschijnlijk wat minder geschikt ivm smalle steile trappen.
