The hotel is located in the city center.
The service and staff are very helpful and friendly.
They offer free luggage storage, which was very convenient for my hiking trip.
The hotel also arranged a private car to take me to the airport at a reasonable price.

The location is perfect, in the middle of the most lively street in Shkoder.
We chose a twin bedded room. It was one of the rooms on the second floor with the sloping roof, it was a bit dark with poor lighting. The double bedded rooms opposite were much brighter. The breakfast room is lacking in any atmosphere and while there was a lot of choice for breakfast, hot pancakes and fried eggs were left out on cold plates, so they were cold by the time we got to eat them.

היה לנו מאד נוח.
חניה עם סידור עם מלון צמוד, מרחק 3 דקות הליכה, בתשלום נוסף של 12 יורו ליום, היה מאד נוח.
אין מעלית, הצוות עזר לנו להעלות את המזוודות לקומה 3.
צוות אדיב, ארוחת בוקר נהדרת שמוגשת גם מחוץ למלון ברחוב הראשי, במזג אויר נעים זה היה מושלם.
מקלחת לא נוחה, אין אוורור אין חלון,
אין דברים בסיסיים כמו מתלים לבגדים,
מדף להניח סבונים במקלחון.
הדברים הקטנים שמאפשרים נוחות בסיסית.
המיטות היו בינוניות.
