Tam Coc Diamond Premium Hotel & Spa

La amabilidad de los empleados, siempre con una sonrisa dispuestos a ayudar. Nos dejaron unas bicis gratis, la pisicina es genial, el bar que tienen en la pisicina está de maravilla. Habitación grande y muy limpia. Servicio fantástico. En general, un hotel para recomendar a cualquiera, si algún día vuelvo a esta zona sin duda repetiré.

Quiet, modern hotel, had a scooter to hire. We booked last minute as our booked accommodation was unsuitable and the cram coc diamond has been fantastic.

The nicest hotel I stayed at during my time in Vietnam. The room was very large, and there was a comfortable, actual queen-size bed (instead of two twin mattresses pushed together), plus a soaking bathtub and separate shower area. The air conditioning worked well and was easy to use. The shower had hot water and good pressure. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The location is outside the main center of town, but only a 10 to 15-minute walk to the boat area/restaurants/shops. The pool was a decent size. There is a free water dispenser with cold and hot water so buying water bottles is unnecessary. The hotel also provides free bicycles.

The breakfast was a little lackluster, not as many options compared to other 4 to 5-star hotels. The staff also needs to keep the food covered since there was a fly in the dining area. However, this is a very minor complaint. Overall, I recommend the hotel and would stay here again if I ever come back to Tam Coc.

The property was clean and spacious the staff was so lovely
