The proximity to the city center was great. The apartment itself was clean and sufficient for the couple of nights we stayed.
The reviews aren't joking about the stairs. Narrow, winding, staircase up 5 flights of stairs if I remember right. Thankfully we had carry-on size bags so it wasn't a big issue. The sink in the bathroom is laughably small and should be addressed.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is cute, clean, and in a fantastic location—right in the middle of everything and only about a 5-minute walk from the main market. It was perfect for the three of us, with the second bed in the loft and a fan provided.
The host was very responsive and accommodating, and the website they provide has detailed, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in, check-out, and getting the key from the lockbox.
The only thing to be aware of is that the apartment is up four flights of fairly steep stairs with no elevator, so you’ll need to carry your luggage up\. It wasn’t a problem for us, especially since we were only staying one night, but it’s worth knowing in advance.

Location was great.
The bathroom was not clean upon arrival and the floors / rug were not vacuumed. Additionally the staircase was very dangerous and should have been noted in the property description. Someone could easily hurt themself especially with luggage. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Blankets were dirty.
