It's a new apartment in a new building. With 3 a/c units in every room (very efficient) and a nice spacious terrace. There are also mosquito nets on the windows, which are also very sound-proof, you almost don't notice the frequent trains on the nearby are railroad. Kitchen is new, it has new pots and plates (not all braised like we use to get ...), we cooked some nice meals. Things to improve - cooking knife and a wooden cooking spoon :). Apartment was very clean, beds very comfortable, with bed-linings and towels included in the total price. You have lots of space in every room and the owner is very nice and helpful if you need him. Apartment is located in the 2nd floor (there is no lift). It has a security doors so you can feel safe. You also have some well stocked shops and restaurants nearby, although the neighbourhood is rather quiet. I recommend having a car. The beach is like few minutes away by foot, sandy with clear blue sea ... it was the best apartment (including regarding the price) on our trip to Calabria, where we changed the location 3 times.

That we booked it for only 4 nights ... :)
