The property was mostly spotless and in an excellent location. Bathroom was spotless and kitchen was well equipped. It smelled nice and fresh. Bedding and towels were very high hotel standard quality. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Both very clean. Easy access to town - right by a bus stop with frequent buses to/from town. secure doors. Quiet suburban location with lots of food options - Bluebird Bakery, Sojo, the Co-Op, independent cafes and a couple of pubs. Take your pick.

The electric radiator in the bedroom is hanging off the wall and is dangerous. It needs fixing. There were scuff marks on the ledge behind the toilet and the window sills were dirty and had black scuff marks. There were also crumbs left on the table and a filthy cleaning cloth had been left by the kitchen sink. Please pay attention to the small details - these were noticed. It would be even better if there was a bath mat and squid-gee supplied to get rid of excess shower water and also some toilet cleaning product. And a tea towel would be good too. The lighting over the front door needs to be brighter as it's hard to see the key pad late at night especially for elderly people.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine gute Lage, direkt vor der Tür ist eine Bushaltestelle. Der erste Eindruck war super, bei genauerem Hinsehen haben sich jedoch Kleinigkeiten ergeben, die doch etwas gestört haben. Die Wohnung war im großen und Ganzen sauber. Man hat ein schönes Wohnzimmer, genug Platz und eine gute Küche mit fast allem was man benötigt. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz hat man rund ums Gebäude und an der Hauptstraße immer gefunden

Wir waren in Appartement Nr. 3: In einem Bad waren bei Ankunft noch Haare im Abfluss, das war ein wenig unappetitlich. Es gibt leider nirgendwo Kleiderhaken, die ein wenig den Komfort gestört haben, weil man seine Sachen so immer irgendwo ablegen musste. Die Schlafzimmer sind im erhöhten Teil der Wohnung hinten. Leider sind die Schlafzimmer sehr warm, da sich dort die Luft staut. Die Fenster konnte zwar geöffnet werden, doch direkt dort auf dem Dach befindet sich die Belüftungsanlage des Hauses, die 24/7 läuft und sehr sehr laut ist. Auch wenn ein Waschtrockner in der Küche ist, wäre ein Wäscheständer von Vorteil. Egal wie man duscht, man flutet die Bäder fast immer, da Nichts wirklich dicht ist. Die Betten sind leider schon absolut durchgelegen. Insgesamt würden wir die Unterkunft nicht erneut buchen.

It was clean.

The doors are a huge issue. They close extremely loudly. We were woke up several times by the doors in the adjacent units beside us they don’t close lightly they bang and scares the crap out of you. Also, they don’t supply basic stuff like toilet paper, trash bags, washer pods. When only staying a few days you shouldn’t have to go buy all this stuff because you don’t end up using it and it’s a waste of money. Also keep in mind there is no AC and it was hard to sleep at night because it got hot. They do supply two fans but that wasn’t sufficient. Also, here are several steps to get to the units. We had heavy luggage and that was an issues for us. Lastly the doors to get in units: you have to like the door from inside with a key, so you then have to do the same to get out. I found this to be a fire hazard. If you don’t leave the key in the door or misplace it and there is a fire you don’t get out.
