It was freshly painted and clean, spacious. It was relatively close to center - about 20 mins walk. Attic’s little kitchen is equipped with all the necessary things, but would have been very nice to be provided with some teabags and coffee - would have been a nice touch.

The pick up of the key was about half kilometer from the appartment, it felt like scavenger hunt to find the correct corner, where the box with the key was. It is a big inconvenience. Attic is a real attic with crunching involved when trying to get into the bathroom. We were trying to be careful, but managed to bump the heads into the very low ceiling and doorway. Door to the bathroom gets stuck when opening - that can cause an injury too. The window can open in full only, so if one wanted to have a bit of a crack for fresh air, the window cannot be positioned for that. Bed and matress are brand new, but we felt like sleeping on springs until decided to check the matress and discovered it was laid bottom up. The main door handle is hanging on loose - to describe in short, attic seems like a recycled place. The place is managed by a corporate company - the signing of the agreement felt like signing a 5 year lease, there were so many instructions and requirements (instructions on turning the water boiler, taking out the trash and similar). I cannot imagine how staying in the attic without air conditioner will look like in the summer, there is also no wifi for those who need that. There is also an attic next door being renovated, so that might be an issue for a while.
