quiet and safe neighboorhood, short walk to bus stops, apartment ok overall

terrible service from company taking care of the apartment, it was a nightmare to get the keys in smartbox, code did not work, we were lucky to bump unexpectedly into the cleaner who gave us a spare. Then not enough water pressure in boiler; had to call the company and fix it myself. bed in the smallest bedroom we can feel the mattress springs !! I asked the company to do something about it but no answer from them !! not much kitchen utensils just several plates and glasses
