The Host was very accommodating, allowed me access to property 2 hrs. prior to check in. Excellent communication before and during stay with host. Manager on the property is available & attentive to your needs, A+. Instructional videos on Apartment Amenities, A+ Environment-Nice, Friendly, Informative. Great Security & Staff.

Directions and Name for the Property may need updating (or maybe it was me).

The host Kanini was absolutely lovely! Our flight arrived in Nairobi at 10:30pm, so didn't make it to the accommodation until very late at night. Kanani communicated with us the entire time, and asked security to help us with a everything which was very appreciated. The apartment is very stylish and clean. The hot water was fantastic!! (and easy to use thanks to the instructional video she sent). We had a slight issue with the water dispenser, but someone came and promptly showed us how to use it. The apartment is also very conveniently located to the local shopping center and to the Marriott which was a nice place to have a luxury lunch. We had a great stay here at Shalom Haven, would recommend !

My only criticism is that the bed is very hard.

La propreté et le professionnalisme de la gérante.

L’accès au parking est exigu et un seul véhicule peut passer à la fois.

Limpio y bien ubicado! The host was very kind and reachable
