Newly built hotel, extra spacious room with beautiful decor and all amenities. Toiletries and linen were superb. Front desk very efficient and courteous esp. Sanya & Dipendra. Food quality is good.
Service at the restaurant was a bit tardy on day one but they improved it the next day. Thanks, Safik. Room service time was still a bit more. Scope of improvement here.

Hospitable staff
More staff to be installed at reception , lift doors etc for better movement and coordination .
Need more lighting and beautification for restaurant entrance and near the pool and also the elevator which take us to the rooms

The room I stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. The facilities in the room were nice and the the room decor was done tastefully. The restaurant on the terrace was vey well kept and the terrace offered wonderful views (made even more beautiful and pleasant with the monsoon weather.
A new hotel so some of the amenities are yet to come up - gym in particular.
