Dentro l 'armadio non era pulito e dentro i cassetti c'era un po di polvere.

Svidjela mi se lokacija, koja mi je pružala transport vlakom ili autobusom. Stanica za autobus se nalazila minutu od apartmana u ulici. A stanica od vlaka se nalazila 5 minuta od apartmana što je također poprilično blizu.

Oko samog apartmana ne postoji ništa što je loše, eventualno kretanja drugih ljudi po toj lokaciji. Povratkom vlakom noću je bilo sumnjivih ljudi na ulici, pa preporučljivo je možda imati automobil na putovanju ili vraćati se taksijem.

Very good communication with the host, clear instructions how to enter the property, we were allowed to leave our luggage before check in time, good quality bedding, good size of the room.

Our room hasn’t been cleaned on time and we had to call the host. The issue was resolved but we had to wait outside of the room for the cleaning job to be finished. I think it was just a human error on the cleaning crew part, and the cleaning lady apologized for the omission. Nevertheless, instead of being able to use our room from 4:00pm, we started using it around 7:00pm. Other than that, everything was fine.

The room itself is comfortable, very clean upon arrival, and offers plenty of storage space. The person in charge of the property was also very responsive despite not being on site, which we appreciated.

However, several issues made our 7-night stay much less enjoyable than expected. The property is a large apartment divided into three rooms, with extremely poor separation and soundproofing. We could hear everything from the neighbouring room, especially showers and toilet flushing, as if the bathroom were inside our own room. Our sleep depended on the neighbours’ schedules. We stayed in Room 1, directly next to the key/card lockboxes. Late-arriving guests often struggled with the unlocking system, creating prolonged noise outside our door as they talked, tried repeatedly, or knocked. We even had to get out of bed to help them. The room’s location also offered virtually no privacy. The residential location was partly our responsibility to research, but it was inconvenient for visiting Verona. Restaurants and grocery shops were about a 15-minute walk away, and buses stopped relatively early (7pm), making it difficult to enjoy the city at night and return easily. There was also no cleaning during our 7-night stay. We were told that regular cleaning would make the property a hotel, which we found surprising. Although the host kindly changed the bed sheets, no actual cleaning was provided, which we consider inadequate for a stay of this length.
