There are places near the Adriatic Sea - and then there are places that live with it. This apartment belongs firmly in the second category. Set directly on the seafront, it faces a private harbour for hotel guests and provides immediate access to the hotel’s private beach, where sun loungers and umbrellas frame each day in light and calm.

For boating guests, the logistics are effortless - free mooring right in front of the property, a large parking area for cars and boat trailers, and a boat crane station about 2 km away. Please be sure to notify the property of your arrival by boat so a mooring space can be reserved in advance.

Whether you’re returning from a refreshing swim, an afternoon of sailing, or a peaceful sunset stroll along the shore, the home supports a calm, unhurried pace from morning to night. Inside, the apartment is created for easygoing coastal living, offering a bright and welcoming living space that is carefully arranged with a sofa bed, TV, and dining table for relaxed comfort. A well-equipped kitchen makes preparing indoor meals effortless, while two double bedrooms and two modern full bathrooms ensure a smooth, stress-free stay. Additional features include a terrace, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and parking.

From your doorstep, explore the coastline by boat, swim in clear waters, wander seaside villages, and savour long dinners by the shore.

Here, every day follows the tide - and that’s exactly the point.
