Tucked away in the peaceful rural landscape, this charming villa offers a true escape into nature, where wide open spaces, greenery and gentle silence set the tone for a relaxing stay. The highlight is the large private pool surrounded by trees, lawn and colourful flowers—a serene spot for sun-soaked afternoons or refreshing swims. Between the shaded porch, generous outdoor areas and ample private parking, the property feels wonderfully spacious and inviting.

Inside, the villa is designed for comfort and togetherness. It features two welcoming living rooms, a bright dining room and a large, fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing shared meals. Four bedrooms provide space for every guest: two doubles and a single room in the main house, plus an additional bedroom in the guest house with both a single and a double bed—ideal for families or groups seeking a bit of extra privacy. Three bathrooms, one with a bathtub, ensure convenience for all.

The outdoor life here is as charming as the interior. Guests have access to an external shower, a dressing area and a laundry room. A covered veranda with a kitchenette and a stone barbecue invites long Sicilian evenings under the stars, paired with local wine and good company. Whether you are relaxing by the 12 × 6 m private pool, dining outdoors or unwinding under the shade of the porch, the villa offers a perfect blend of comfort, tranquillity and authentic countryside living.
