Located on the eastern edge of Exeter one of the highlights of the location is its proximity to the Exmouth and River Exe estuary. Guests can enjoy riverside walks, birdwatching and scenic views, while the charming town of Topsham is just a short walk or cycle away offering boutique shops, cafes and riverside pubs.
The living room features a large TV, 2 sofas and dining area with table chairs and bench. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a microwave with grill and dishwasher.
