The large, open plan ground floor includes a lounge area, dining area and kitchen. There is also a separate room with wash basin and w/c.

A modern, fully equipped kitchen includes an electric range double oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and breakfast bar.

The dining table for 6 is located in a lovely corner in front of the patio doors overlooking the garden area.

After a hearty meal you can retire to the spacious lounge area in front of an inviting, modern fire feature, large smart TV and DVD player. The triple patio doors across the front of the room means that you can enjoy the vast scenery and a magnificent sense of space from the comfort of your luxury leather sofas.

Upstairs

This self catering accommodation in Snowdonia has three spacious bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) and a family bathroom upstairs.

The first double room is beautifully furnished and has patio doors leading out to a south facing balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sun all day long.

The second, large double bedroom includes an ensuite shower room with a double 'waterfall' shower cubicle, wash basin and w/c.

The third room includes two comfy single beds and bedroom furniture.

Family bathroom includes a bath with mixer, separate 'waterfall' shower cubicle, wash basin, w/c and heated towel rail.
