Perfect for a family holiday or a couples’ getaway, this modern apartment is close to the heart of historic Whitby, where classic seaside fun meets an intriguing atmosphere in the form of cobbled streets, quirky cafes and boutique shops. Climb the 199 steps to the romantic ruined abbey that looks over the town, visit the Captain Cook Memorial Museum, and discover the fascinating St Mary’s Church, the setting for Bram Stoker’s novel Dracula. To explore further afield, hop on a heritage train and be whisked 24 miles through the glorious North York Moors to the market town of Pickering with its 1930s-themed station.

The kitchen offers plenty of worktop and cupboard space, and the bright bathroom features sleek tiling and a shower over the bath. There are two bedrooms: one a twin, and a king-size with a built-in wardrobe.
From the main bedroom, a door leads to the enclosed patio space which has a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
