A tastefully renovated fisherman’s loft featuring sweeping ocean views across the coast of Porthleven. This secluded bolthole is perfect for couples or solo travellers seeking a restorative retreat by the sea. Unwind on the Porthleven harbourfront (500 metres) and sample curated seasonal menus incorporating unbeatably fresh ingredients. Back at base, toast with a sparkling sundowner perched on your clifftop terrace.

This traditional cottage is brimming with a refined coastal charm. Picture clean lines, calming marine blue tones, and light-dappled social spaces. Shrug off sandy windbreakers at the door then ascend the staircase to the inviting heart of the home. Rustle up a post-adventure supper in the compact shaker kitchen and slide out a chilled bottle of wine from the fridge. Curl up on the padded armchairs bathed in the natural light from the large picture windows and indulge in a sweet treat overlooking the rippling waters beyond. Completing this floor is an airy bathroom. As the night draws in, venture downstairs to discover a tranquil double bedroom with a glorious glass door. Pad along the terracotta tiling then sink into the soft linens for a peaceful night’s sleep and awaken to the sounds of the ocean below. Throw open the patio door and sip your morning coffee on the decked terrace or escape the elements and delve into a novel in the inviting summer house.

Embark on a blustery saunter along the golden stretch of sand at Porthleven Beach (100 metres) before strolling by the selection of local galleries, coffee nooks, and independent shops peppering the harbour (500 metres). Get snap happy as you pick up a section of the coastal path winding towards Loe Bar (1 mile) or drink in the breathtaking views from the iconic Lizard Point (13 miles).
