POLICIES/RULES:
• No smoking or vaping allowed
• Maximum Occupancy: 8
• Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.
• Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at property.
• Please respect the neighbors and the neighborhood.
• No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
• No uninvited guests without permission
• Only take beach towels to the beach. Please do not take bath towels
• Additional fees and taxes may apply
• Photo ID may be required upon check-in

Had an overall amazing stay here - perfect spot for a multi-family trip. The three bathrooms made a huge difference, and the property itself is pretty spacious with tons of seating both inside and outside. We especially loved the decks and dock! Great place to hang out, relax, and take in the views.
The kitchen was a highlight, with a big island that made cooking and gathering easy. It was fully stocked with plenty of utensils, and having double fridges plus a washer/dryer was incredibly convenient for a longer stay.
We spent a lot of time fishing right off the property and caught trout and black drum :) The neighborhood felt safe and friendly, and the location is great with easy access to the beach.
Everything was very clean and well-stocked, esp. toiletries like soap and body wash. Overall, a great experience—would definitely stay here again.
