Spacious and well-equipped family home in Les Arcs in Provence, with a private, heated pool, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, and within walking distance (approx. 500 m) of the town square in the medieval village.

Here you’ll find peace, space, and privacy—while still being just a short walk from bakeries, restaurants, cafés, and shops. The house is situated on a large, secluded lot, with a pool area in the back and a terrace overlooking the medieval village in the front.

The house features air conditioning in every room, spacious common areas, and a practical floor plan that makes it well-suited for families or two families traveling together. The bedrooms and bathrooms are grouped together in a separate “wing,” set apart from the living room and kitchen, providing the perfect balance of tranquility and activity.

The outdoor area consists of a garden of approximately 1.3 mål with a heated, kidney-shaped swimming pool (8 x 4 m) and a paved terrace. The pool gets sun for much of the day, while the surrounding vegetation provides shade. The kitchen opens directly onto the dining area by the pool—perfect for breakfast outdoors. The living room opens onto the front terrace, which gets sun for much of the day and enjoys evening sun, making it ideal for outdoor dining.

The garden features rosemary, thyme, and lavender, as well as fig and olive trees. The outdoor area is secluded, and there is ample parking space on the property.

Bedroom 1:
Double bed (2 x 90 cm), nightstand, closet, and small desk. Double doors opening onto the front yard. Attached bathroom with sink and shower.

Bedroom 2 (family room):
Large room with a bunk bed and a daybed (Ikea Hemnes) that can be used as a sofa, single bed, or double bed. Small desk and closet space.

Bedroom 3:
Double bed (2 x 90 cm, can be separated into two single beds), nightstand, closet, and mirror. Adjacent fully equipped bathroom. Inside the bathroom is a storage closet with a washing machine.

Bathroom:
In addition to the bathrooms attached to the bedrooms, there is a large bathroom with a double sink, a shower, and a toilet.

Toilet:
Separate toilet room.

Kitchen:
Spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, coffee maker, and espresso machine, as well as all necessary cooking and serving equipment. Direct access to the pool area.

Dining room:
Large dining room with seating for 8 people, a piano, and a small desk. Open layout toward the living room.

Living Room:
Two seating areas, one of which has a TV. Double doors leading out to the front terrace.

Location
Les Arcs is a lively and distinctive Provençal village with year-round restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and train service. The village is centrally located in Provence, within easy reach of beaches, towns, and nature experiences.

Beaches are about a 30-minute drive or a 15-minute train ride away. Nice, Toulon, and Marseille are within about an hour’s drive, and places like Antibes, Cannes, St. Tropez, and Aix-en-Provence can be reached in 30–60 minutes. There are also beautiful mountain areas nearby, including the Gorges du Verdon.

Les Arcs has its own train station, with a TGV connection directly to Paris (about 4 hours) and a local train to St. Raphaël in 15 minutes—the beach is about 200 meters from the station. It’s also possible to drive to the ski resorts in the winter (about 1.5 hours).
