It was nice and worked out very well.
Owner was great to answer any questions.
I wish it had a washer dryer or it needs more towels.

The first reason I would pass on this house again is the kitchens that live directly behind the backyard. They is at least 40-50 of them and they have roosters. It was almost 24-7 with them. They’re very noisy and distracting. The house is very confusing to navigate. Small kitchen. The overall craftsmanship of the house is weak. Definitely not worth the money. The management/owner was great. Very responsible.
