The washer and dryer are inside the condo, no need to overpack. The unit is a 2nd-floor "walk-up", there is no elevator. The condo property has a fishing/lounging dock, perfect for watching the boats and even dolphins from time to time. There is a heated pool to enjoy and a dedicated path across the street to the sugary sand beach of Indian Shores. This condo is located on Indian Shores just a short distance from restaurants and shopping. FREE secure WiFi and FREE long distance to U.S. and Canada. This is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog hair here and there. Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
