House layout: First Level--One king bedroom with full bath, rec room with foosball table, pull out queen size sofa, and soundfront deck access. Second Level--Kitchen, great room with shuffleboard table, fireplace and covered deck access, powder room. Third Level--Soundfront master with king bed and ensuite bath, private access to soundfront covered deck. A second king bedroom and third queen bedroom plus twin bunk beds (three beds in this room), shared hall bath, laundry room and private east facing covered deck on this level also.
Bring your boat, jetskis; contact us for more information and details. Propane gas grill provided with one bottle of propane per stay. Two kayaks with life jackets provided for use at your own risk.
We provide sheet and towel service (one towel set per guest) EXCLUDING beach towels. All bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds in the bedrooms will be made with sheets, pillowcases and quilts upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms. There are extra blankets that are provided in the closets. There is also a full-size laundry room for your use on the third floor; we do not provide laundry detergent or cleaning supplies.
Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.
Minimum age of 25 required to rent property.
Outdoor security cameras located at driveway and front door that record audio and video will be in use during your stay.

This home checked ALL of our boxes and we will absolutely be back! Rebecca was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and offered so much guidance, many suggestions and was extremely accommodating with every request. We arrived late and after dark so Rebecca had the lights on for us and the warmest welcoming gift, snacks and waters for our arrival. The home was well stocked with everything we needed and was exceptionally clean throughout. The kayaks, fire pit and chairs, fishing rods and shuffle board were all a huge hit for my family. Location was perfect and the view was AMAZING! Check in and check out process was so easy. I would give this rental more than 5 stars if allowed. Our favorite VRBO we’ve ever stayed at!
